A Bit About Me
I am a UX Designer currently working in the UX Design team within Digital Production at Yara International. In my career, I have worked in different areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation, digital communication, Agile way of working and design. ​

While working as a Digital Communication Specialist, I discovered my passion for UX design when leading the design processes for internal websites. Determined to make this career change, I pursued certifications and transitioned into a dedicated UX Designer role in July 2023. Currently, I design and optimise digital products for Yara´s internal production plant workers, managing the entire design lifecycle, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and usability testing.

UX Designer
The product I am responsible for is a web application used internally. I have been working closely with internal employees (e.g. engineers and plant operators) to provide a better experience and meaningful product for their day to day operations.
Senior Agile Facilitator & Communications Lead
Supported different cross functional teams in defining their Agile way of working and team culture. Maintained and designed the different teams SharePoint sites.
Digital Communications Specialist
Administered the Yara´s intranet and selected team sites - planning, content, maintenance, first-line support for editors and end-users, communication and coordination.
Innovation Analyst
Acted as Project Manager in the planning and execution of 10 ideation campaigns for the organisation including Incubator Program and Open innovation challenge event. Jointly developed an innovation ambassadors strategy and network, 49 people joined this initiative.​
